The movement for change for a better democracy gets momentum through both bottom up and top down approaches. The ground level working groups play a vital role of bottom-up approach in garnering opinions of stake holders of democracy, facilitating their participation, and making them the story tellers. The working groups are at four levels as noted below.
The research emanating at Democracy Foundation is through collective learning, sharing of knowledge, experiences with democracy, new ideation, intuition, asking right questions, raising wise doubts, and exploration for truth in the working of democracy.
The research output is also due to working with Ambedkar Chair, Acharya Nagarjuna University Guntur, through an MOU.

The Web Application is the tool for the accomplishment of the mission of Democracy Foundation. The Web Application hosts the people driven and technology enabled social research project to design change in democracy. The Web Application will be made available as Mobile Application as early as possible.
The tools of outreach are designed to embed powerful sayings, quotations, anecdotes, examples, experiences, analogies, stories, and metaphors that inspire curiosity and nurture a sense of responsibility. These tools encourage individuals to actively engage with and contribute to the Democracy Foundation's mission of strengthening and sustaining a better democracy through this project.
They also represent essential research tools grounded in lived experience, thoughtful questioning, and constructive doubt — enabling deeper understanding, critical thinking, and meaningful participation.
All the citizens of the world are the story tellers of Democracy Foundation. The experience, knowledge, and wisdom of people from different walks of life provide balanced perspectives towards creating a better democracy from a good democracy. All the audience are equal without any prejudice of any kind in relation to the vision of Democracy Foundation.
